Prayer is simply talking to God. It doesn’t require a special posture, position, or formula. You can pray on your knees, standing, sitting, or even while walking. You can fold your hands or leave them at your sides. You can close your eyes or keep them open. You can pray out loud or silently in your heart.
What matters most is not how your body is positioned, but the posture of your heart. God is listening for sincerity, humility, and faith—not perfection. Jesus taught that prayer is about a real, personal relationship with the Father, not outward form or religious show (Matthew 6:5–8).
Pray honestly. Pray simply. Pray often. God hears His children wherever they are and however they come to Him.
